EASTON, MARYLAND — The Friends of the Library will sell books and DVDs at the Talbot County Free Library in Easton on Friday, Oct. 30, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Saturday, Oct. 31, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., to raise money for the library.
The sale is in the library's main meeting room at 100 W. Dover St. A preview sale for Friends of the Library members runs Thursday, Oct. 29, from 5 to 7 p.m.; the library's listing says people who are not members can join the Friends at the sale.
The Friends are also collecting items for the sale this Saturday, Oct. 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the library's Frederick Douglass Room. The library says donations are accepted on a limited basis.
The Easton library can be reached at 410-822-1626.
