EASTON, MARYLAND — Easton Town Council members will hold two joint town hall discussions in November at the Easton Firehouse, where residents can hear about current and upcoming town projects and give feedback, the Town of Easton announced Thursday.
Both sessions run from 7 to 8 p.m. at the firehouse, 315 Leonard Rieck Drive.
Wards 1 and 3 meet Wednesday, Nov. 4, with Ward 1 Council Member Maureen Curry and Ward 3 Council Member David Montgomery. Wards 2 and 4 meet Monday, Nov. 9, with Ward 2 Council Member Robert Rankin and Ward 4 Council Member Rev. Elmer Neal Davis, Jr.
The sessions are free and open to the public, and seating is first come, first served. Residents unsure of their ward can look it up on the town's interactive ward map. Each session will be livestreamed on the town's Facebook page and posted later on its YouTube channel.
"We've had great success and turnouts with our previous sessions, and we want to continue to engage the public and get their feedback," Council President Don Abbatiello said in the town's announcement.
The Town Council's next meeting is Monday, Nov. 2, at 5:30 p.m. at the Easton Town Office, 14 S. Harrison Street.
